Welcome to the official Flou_Studio website (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your account

You can sign in with a Google account. Keep your sign-in secure; actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

If you notice unauthorised use of your account, contact us right away.

Orders and payment

Prices shown at checkout apply. Please pay before the deadline with the method chosen at checkout (LINE Pay QR code or bank transfer) and send your payment details on the order page; unpaid orders past the deadline are cancelled automatically.

Pre-orders must be paid in full; your pre-order is reserved once payment is confirmed, and the expected shipping time is shown on the product page.

Shipping

In-stock items ship after payment is confirmed; if an order also contains pre-order items, the whole order ships together once they arrive.

Store credit and promotions

Store credit is issued once an order's payment is confirmed and can be redeemed at checkout within the published limits. Credit is revoked or returned when an order is cancelled or refunded.

Promotion details are as announced on the promotion page; we may change or end promotions.

Returns

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery. See our Refund Policy for how to return or exchange.

Intellectual property

Text, images, trademarks and design on the Site are protected by copyright and related laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time and will post changes on this page; continuing to use the Site means you accept them.
