7-day cooling-off period

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, online purchases may be returned without giving a reason within 7 days of the day after delivery.

Sale and discounted items are covered too.

Conditions

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags, packaging, and any gifts intact.

As the cooling-off exceptions allow, opened intimate apparel and other personal-hygiene items, and made-to-order items, cannot be returned.

How to return

Within the period, email us or ask the AI shopping assistant with your order number and reason.

We send return instructions; refunds reach your account 7–14 business days after we receive and check the items.

Exchanges

To change a size or color, return the item and place a new order, so the version you want is still in stock.

Defects or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, send us photos within 7 days of delivery; we cover shipping both ways.
