What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email.

When you order, we collect the recipient's name, phone, address, the order, and payment details (such as payment screenshots, the payment date and amount, or the last five digits of a transfer account) to process and deliver it.

Conversations with the AI shopping assistant are used to answer you; when you are not signed in, they stay in your current browser tab only.

How we use it

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, we use personal data only for orders, delivery, customer service, membership, and marketing you have agreed to.

Retention and sharing

We share personal data only with the logistics and payment partners an order needs, and never sell it.

We keep data only as long as those purposes require and protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps your cart, sign-in, and language preference in your browser to provide shopping features; you can clear them in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask to review, copy, correct, stop the use of, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us.
